1. Steam peeler system
The steam peeler system is mainly used for the surface bursting treatment of tuber crops such as potatoes and root vegetables like carrots before peeling. It is particularly suitable for peeling materials with uneven and irregular shapes. By using high-pressure steam to rapidly cook the outer skin of the material, and then quickly releasing the pressure inside the pressure vessel, the skin of the material is separated. It features a high peeling rate, low loss rate, smooth surface after peeling, and is suitable for large-scale production.
It includes heavy material silo, steam peeler, discharge spiral conveyor, pressure accumulator and buffer tank.
Technical descriptions of steam peeler:
a)Material:304 stainless steel frame, housing, and hopper;
b)Tank material: The pressure tank is made of 16 MnR (1.6 MPa), while the pressure accumulator and buffer tank are made of Q235 steel plates;
c)Pneumatically controlled steam inlet and outlet valves, frequency conversion speed regulation, PLC automatic control;
d)Total power: 8.5 kW.
2.Technical descriptions of spiral blanching machine:
a) Material: 304 stainless steel frame, casing, and spiral;
b) Water temperature self-controlled and adjustable within ±1℃;
c) Blanching time adjustable via frequency conversion;
d) Overflow port height manually adjustable;
e) Separate discharge mechanism, circulation pump;

4.Technical Descriptions of Drum Dryer:
a) The main drum has a diameter of 1.5–2.0m and a length of 4.2–5.3m.
b) It is made of alloy casting and includes a stainless steel surface feed roller, cloth spreader, airbag scraper, material-blocking copper plate, and a motor frequency conversion drive system.
c) Steam pressure is 0.8 MPa;
