Product Description

The frozen French fries production line is a traditional fast food made from fresh potatoes, which are processed through core procedures such as cleaning, steam peeling, cutting into strips, blanching, and quick-freezing.

Technical Features of the Frozen French Fries Production Line:
1	The production line fully realizes the processing technology of French fries.
2	The steam peeling system reduces raw material loss.
3	The hydraulic cutting system, equipped with imported cutting heads and blades, ensures smooth and flat cuts.
4	The external oil circuit with hot oil circulation design allows for more thorough filtration.
5	The production line adopts PLC numerical control technology and an intelligent whole-line control system with software copyright.
6	While achieving fully automated production, it makes process control more precise, ensures stable equipment operation, and makes maintenance more convenient.
7	It can guarantee continuous production for 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Process flow of frozen French fries production line:

Raw material →washing and de-stoning→ peeling → remove the residual potato skins, eyes, and irregular parts from the raw materials → strip cutting →grading by length → blanching → conditioning → drying →frying and conditioning→ draining oil → pre-cooling and quick freezing → weighing and packaging

Raw Material Requirements:

(1)Fresh potatoes, free from defects such as decay, spoilage, pest and disease damage, and no dents at the head; 

(2)Few and shallow eyes, smooth and flat surface, free from cracks and hollows;

(3)Dry matter content ≥ 21%, starch content 10% - 15%, reducing sugar content ≤ 0.20%;

(4)Individual potato weight between 150g and 500g, with the McCain No.1 variety being the best.
