1. Scope of Application and Performance Features
1.1 Main Performance Specifications and Parameters

The centralized hot air treatment system used in the semi-dry noodles dehydration and tempering integrated intelligent drying system is not only suitable for the intelligent drying of various semi-dry noodles but also applicable to the hot air drying system of instant noodles and other materials.
1.2 Performance Features
The semi-dry noodles dehydration and tempering integrated intelligent drying system, applied to the dehydration and drying of various short noodles, has the following features:

(1) Achieving Automated Production and Enhancing Product Quality
It breaks through the technical barriers of relying on the experience of technicians and semi-automation in the drying process of semi-dry noodle processing, realizing year-round, round-the-clock automated and intelligent production. This ensures that semi-dry noodles are dried and reconditioned in a green, safe, and energy-saving environment, guaranteeing the reliability and stability of product quality.
(2) Temperature and Humidity Adjustment and Centralized Hot Air Treatment Technology
Through the semi-dry noodles dehydration and tempering integrated intelligent drying system, the treated hot air is supplied to, extracted from, and recirculated within the drying chamber. The mixing fan then blends it with the indoor air, ensuring stable, uniform, and reliable temperature and humidity within the drying chamber. This improves product quality and pass rate.

(3) Fully Enclosed Drying Process and Air Filtration System Technology
Each drying stage is relatively independent and non-interfering. The air entering and exiting the chamber is processed by the food intelligent drying system, eliminating the positive and negative pressure differences within each drying chamber and their impact on other production processes. This ensures the hygiene and safety of the products throughout the entire production process.

(4) Exhaust Heat Recovery and Recirculation Technology
The system uses an efficient and advanced internal recirculation hot air recovery device to capture the heat energy from the high-temperature, high-humidity exhaust air and mix it with low-temperature, low-humidity outside air for reheating. This maximizes energy-saving and consumption reduction during the entire drying process.

(5) Intelligent Automatic Control Technology
The temperature, humidity, exhaust, and intake air in the drying environment are all proportionally and intelligently controlled and adjusted, enabling unmanned management of the drying process. Depending on the requirements of the material type, the temperature, humidity, wind speed, and drying time for each drying stage can be freely set. The human-machine dialogue operation interface allows for the setting, display, recording, and output (data or curves) of various parameters, as well as fault alarms and remote monitoring.
(6) Continuous Dehydration and Drying Process for Semi-dry Noodles
The system employs a continuous dehydration and drying process that combines dehydration and reconditioning. In the dehydration stage, a high-temperature rapid dehydration method is used to reduce the noodle moisture content to between 22% and 26%, increasing production efficiency while providing a certain degree of sterilization. In the reconditioning stage, a low-temperature, high-humidity method is used to homogenize the moisture content between the inside and outside of the noodles, achieving uniformity. This process also helps to shape the noodles and improve their surface smoothness.

(7) UV + Ozone Sterilization and Cleaning Technology
The system periodically introduces ozone into the cooling and tempering section. The ozone kills bacteria in the air, creating a clean drying environment and achieving a sterilized effect for semi-dry noodles during production.

(8) Automatic Rodding and De-rodding Technology
The application of automatic rodding and de-rodding technology for semi-dry noodles solves the problem of limited manual connection between the drying section and the front and rear ends of the dry noodle production line. The adjustable rodding and de-rodding technology allows for free adjustment of noodle types and lengths, enhancing the automation level of the entire production line.
