Dry Processing Production Line of Coix Seed 

Two Major Innovations Compared to Traditional Processing Methods:

1.Precise particle grading technology is adopted before hulling. Coix seeds of different particle sizes are hulled separately, which increases the hulling rate and reduces the return flow of coix seeds.

2.The production line successfully replaces the "washing" process with "atomized humidification and flexible polishing." This not only ensures the product quality and storage and transportation preservation performance of the product, but also eliminates the consumption of process water and the product drying process. It greatly simplifies the process, reduces energy consumption and water consumption in the processing process, and achieves zero discharge of coix seed processing wastewater.

Complete Coix Seed Processing Process:

Coix seed → Electronic weighing → Vibrating cleaning → Specific gravity stone removal → Particle grading → Hulling → Cooling and tempering → Magnetic separation → Milling → Polishing → Screening → Color sorting → Polishing → Weighing and packaging → Temporary storage in warehouse.
