Product Description

1. Overview

The intelligent hot-air drying test bench is a domestic innovation, capable of conducting experimental research on the drying process characteristics and parameters of typical agricultural materials such as strip (thin), flake, block, and granular shapes. Equipped with an intelligent online measurement and control device, it can accurately and real-time monitor and control the changes in temperature, humidity, and air velocity within the drying chamber, and provide feedback adjustments. It is able to carry out research on the drying characteristics of various materials, generate and analyze process characteristic curves, optimize material processing techniques, and meet the requirements for new drying process research, new product development, simulation of actual production, and demonstration of high-quality agricultural products and food. This bench can enhance the technical level of agricultural material processing and promote the advancement of the industry.

3. Performance Characteristics

Main structure and working principles

Intelligent drying test bench adopts stainless steel design for the whole frame, with double-layer heat preservation board for closed heat preservation outside. The overall structure is as follows:

Main accessory equipment (please refer to the sketch of the intelligent noodles drying test bench):
(1) Circulation fan: realise the main circulation in the drying space (the big arrow in the sketch illustrates the circulation), meet the heating and humidifying requirements, and ensure that the temperature and humidity of the air in the drying space are stable and uniform during the drying process.

(2) Exhaust fan: to achieve temperature and humidity reduction stage to achieve gas exchange with the outside world in order to achieve the effect of temperature and humidity reduction.

(3) Stirring fan: to achieve self-circulation in the drying space of the noodles (small arrow circulation in the sketch), so that the noodles are heated uniformly and the drying effect is improved.

(4) Heater: to achieve drying test process warming and heat preservation.

(5) Steam generator: humidifying and moisturising the drying test process.

(6) Control cabinet of noodle test bench: it is the most core part of the test bench, realising full intelligent control and monitoring of drying test, man-machine dialogue and display, record and output of various experimental data. 

(7) Cold water radiator: realising the cooling of drying test process.

 
(8) Air inlet damper: realising moisture reduction in the process of drying test, installed with damper actuator, working together with moisture exhaust fan to ensure precise control of moisture reduction.
