Product Description

In response to the critical issue of low energy utilization and high energy consumption during the drying process of agricultural products, we have innovated air-source heat pump and power-free thermal energy conversion technologies. We have developed a dual-motored dehumidification and heating system. This system reduces the use of fossil fuels by more than 80% in the noodle drying line and achieves over 30% energy saving and consumption reduction per ton of noodles compared to steam. We have also conducted research on the dual-motored dehumidification and heating technology, developed a "three-in-one" U-shaped structure heat pipe, and manufactured dual-motored dehumidification and heating units. The comprehensive energy efficiency ratio reaches 5.0, and the system is applicable in environments ranging from 28℃ to 45℃.

Performance characteristics:
1. Suitable for high-humidity drying environments with temperatures ranging from 25℃ to 45℃ and humidity levels between 30% and 80%.
2. Achieves efficient dehumidification of air even in saturated conditions.
3. Outlet air temperature increase is greater than 15℃, and the outlet air temperature and humidity are adjustable.
4. Enables the recirculation of thermal energy within the drying chamber, reducing drying energy consumption.
